  • At your direction. We may disclose information when you ask us to connect with or send information to another service.
  • Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or valid government requests; protect the rights, property, or safety of Deckata, our users, or others; or investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues.
  • Business transfers. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use information collected through Loopfluence to target advertising to you across other companies’ apps or websites.

5. Artificial intelligence

Loopfluence uses artificial-intelligence services to research publicly available creator information, analyze relevant creator context, and generate personalized recommendations. Information relevant to these functions, such as a creator handle, creator context, public information, feedback, and product requests, may be processed by our artificial- intelligence service providers as necessary to provide the Services.

AI-generated recommendations are creative suggestions. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, duplicative, or similar to content that exists elsewhere, and you should review them before use.

6. Data retention and account deletion

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account, personalize recommendations, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect the Services, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and why we use it.

You may delete your Loopfluence account from the Settings page in the app. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account unless we need to retain particular information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or similar legitimate purposes. Information may remain for a limited period in backups before those backups are overwritten or deleted.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information we maintain about you; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; or appeal certain decisions concerning a privacy request.

You may initiate deletion of your account through the Services. For other privacy requests, email[email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

You may also change certain creator information, preferences, saved ideas, and other account information through the Services where those controls are available.

9. Browser privacy signals

Some web browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is not a single universally accepted standard for responding to these signals, our website does not currently respond to every Do Not Track signal. We do not use the Services to track your activity across third-party websites or apps for targeted advertising, and we do not knowingly permit third parties to collect personal information through the Services for their own cross-site behavioral advertising. Where applicable law requires us to recognize a particular browser-based privacy signal, we will do so.

10. Children’s privacy

The Services are intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe that a person under 18 has provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

12. Third-party services

The Services may link to, rely on, or interoperate with third-party platforms and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle information. Public creator content also remains subject to the terms, intellectual-property rights, and privacy settings applicable to the platform where it appears.

13. Changes to this policy
